Pay Per Click (PPC) Services for other agencies and partnering opportunities

For many agencies, offering pay per click services is an obvious solution.  However, this is not as simple as employing a staff with PPC experience.

a) Barriers to setting up your own PPC agency

Advice and strategy
There is little advice on setting up a pay per click agency; as other PPC agencies will jealously guard their expertise and technology.  So most companies have to either outsource their PPC services whilst they build up their business, or take the risk and employ (or poach) staff from another agency.


Getting PPC staff
A shortage of experienced PPC account managers has resulted in an increase in demand and lack of good staff (particularly in London where you may have to pay >£25K for a Google AdWords Professional with only a few months experience). 

For most agencies there is a fear of investing in PPC staff when starting to offer this new service. Based on typical PPC management fees of 15%, you will need to have secured contracts with ad spend of over £20,000 per month; as this will equate to £3k per month in PPC management fees, which you will require to cover staff cost.  


PPC Training
Although there are many good PPC courses out there (typically costing £500 per day per delegate, these are only designed to teach the basics of setting up and running PPC accounts, not setting up a PPC agency!

We charge set-up fees (according to the size of the account) and fixed monthly management rates banded according to ad spend.  This charges are discounted compared to other agency fees and will allow you to make 20-40% profit on these projects.

We can set these accounts up in our MCC so you can take over the management of the accounts if you decide to develop your own in-house team.
