A quick introduction to pay per click or PPC marketing
If you're unfamiliar with PPC marketing, a PPC campaign allows you to bid on keywords of your choosing. When a user types the keyword into a search engine, your ad is displayed in the sponsored listings, with the ad position determined by the amount of your bid and the relevancy or quality of your keyphrase and ad.
If the user clicks on your ad, then you pay up to the amount you bid for that keyword – hence the name ‘Pay Per Click’! This is a popular form of online advertising as you only pay when someone interested in your service clicks through to your site.
Within your PPC campaign you can have groups of keywords called ‘ad groups’. A campaign can therefore have thousands of keywords grouped together in different ad groups – all working hard to bring you targeted traffic from search engines.

We offer two types of PPC service:
1) Fully managed PPC packages - you pay separately for the cost of your clicks (ad spend) from the management fee - ideal for larger or national companies wanting a bespoke PPC management service
- This is for companies wanting to spend more than £500 per month on their PPC ad spend
- A choice of PPC packages depending on the size and complexity of your account (3 bands based on your monthly ad spend)
- You retain ownership of your PPC accounts at the end of the contract (minimum 6 months)
- You pay for your ad spend yourself (via your bank account or credit card) and we will invoice you separately for our monthly management fee (starting at £400 per month - see below)
- Accounts can be complex with separate campaigns for each product category or service, with 1000's of keyphrases in many descrete ad groups.
- The account can have complex campaign settings, including; geotargetting, choice of networks, devices, scheduling, ad extensions, remarketing, display ads, plus conversion tracking and linked Analytics account
2) All-inclusive PPC packages - you pay a fixed fee per month, which includes the cost of your clicks and PPC management - ideal for smaller or local companies with a limited budget
- You set your monthly spend for both clicks and management fee, with a choice of 3 packages (£250, £500 or £750 per month).
- We guarantee that you will recieve a minimum amount of clicks per month. The actual number of clicks you receive is based on your monthly budget and the average cost per click, which is determined by your industry or sector
- We pay your pay per click costs directly (to Google, Facebook or LinkedIn) and we retain the ownership of the account(s) at the end of the contract (minimum 3 months)
- Standard package includes 2 campaigns for different product or service categories, each with up to 100 keyphrases, in approximately 10 ad groups per campaign
- If required your account can include optional geographical targeting (you can select up to 10 locations)
- We will set-up of Google Analytics for you free of charge, (you will need to add the code to your website). You retain the Analytics account at the end of the contract and you will receive automated monthly reports by email
